DISCLAIMER

mostly intended for those of you tempted to say something mean and ugly

  • THIS SITE DOES NOT ADVOCATE NOR CONDONE ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND IS COMPLETELY AGAINST THOSE ACTS OF VIOLENCE THAT HAVE RECENTLY OCCURED AGAINST DELEARSHIPS

THIS SITE BELIEVES INFORMATION, FACTS, AND KNOWLEDGE ALONE ARE THE BEST TOOLS FOR OVERCOMING IGNORANCE AND IMPROVING THE WORLD WE ALL SHARE.

    VIOLENCE IS NOT THE ANSWER.

  • If you are going to complain or disagree, at the very least, read the ENTIRE site!
  • This is a personal website originally created for friends, and friends of friends and has never been submitted to any search engine, but as the internet goes, it soon became discovered because so many people were interested in the topic.
  • I admit that I am ranting and stereotyping (stereotyping, while potentially dangerous, derives from truths sometimes!)
  • In the warm, dry, metropolitan area where I live, I happen to be surrounded by the worst SUV driver stereotype: one person alone in a big empty SUV, ninety percent of the time talking on a cell phone and driving to the store and back. Here an SUV is purely a status symbol and entirely useless.
  • If what I have written offends you, please stop reading. I did not invite or force you to read this website, you came here yourself.
  • My non-ranting self agrees that all SUVs are not equal and some people do need larger vehicles to drive off-road, for their work, or due to inclement weather.
  • Again, because this is a personal website, I was addressing those who lived in my area, not in the snowy Rockies or on Mt. Katahdin in Maine.
  • One of my most heartfelt points (and this may not be clear from my ranting) is that I believe our country has the brainpower and resources to make economically-priced, fuel-efficient vehicles, but unfortunately research and progress in that area have been delayed due to the auto industry's greedy - and very wrong - focus on the SUV trend. However, apparently a hybrid SUV will be coming out soon, which will make many of my points obsolete.

  • If you send me an email with your feedback, you are giving me your permission to use it, in its entirety only, on this site. But there is guarantee that it will definitely be used.
